Singhashri has been a devoted mindfulness and meditation practitioner for over 15 years. Her professional background includes youth work, strategic planning, change management, and teaching and training programme development. She has been teaching mindfulness and meditation for 10 years, and training and supervising teachers for the past five years. Singhashri is currently the programme director at Breathworks, overseeing the design and delivery of over 100 events a year across the UK.
Singhashri’s favourite part of her job is supporting students to bring more and more of themselves into their mindfulness practice and teaching. She believes that all people, given the right conditions and supports, can learn to thrive. She is also an ordained member of the Triratna Buddhist Order, teaching meditation and Buddhism at urban centres and on residential retreats.
