After a 22-year career in PR - during which I felt the full force of workplace stress, burnout and the seemingly impossible challenge of juggling the running of my agency with caring for my three kids - I followed my heart and retrained as a health coach. I now work with individuals, groups and organisations to empower people to take back their health, boost their energy, feel comfortable in their own skin – and start to thrive. I know how daunting it can be to change lifestyle habits and I use positive psychology to focus on what is right about people and help them to leverage their strengths to evolve and to create a better future for themselves. I am proud to be one of the first Functional Medicine Certified Health Coaches in the UK and to be part of the growing movement to tackle the root cause of chronic disease and spread lifestyle medicine.
