Katie is an award winning mental skills coach with over a decade of experience supporting some of the world’s highest performing individuals and teams in sport and business. She was an integral member of the psychology team working with Team GB at the London 2012 and Rio 2016 Olympic Games and played a significant role helping several sports achieve unprecedented medal success.

Passionate about bringing mindfulness into elite sport, Katie worked with Headspace to develop the Sport Meditation Pack within their highly successful app. Alongside her work in sport, Katie is also a senior coach with 21st Century Legacy, helping teachers inspire and empower the next generation. The Charity has worked with more than 200,000 children nationwide enhancing aspirations, confidence and life skills.
Katie has a deep belief that there is a spark of greatness in everyone - something special and unique.

Mindfulness, coaching and neuroscience are at the heart of her practice and she enjoys working with individuals and organisations to help people be the best they can be.

She lives in Leamington Spa with her partner Remi, where she enjoys being in nature, yoga and indulging in a good book in one of the town’s many great coffee shops.
